New Residents for the Rectory

Episcopal shieldFor the next year, the All Saints Parish rectory next door to the church will be home to eight Fellows participating in the Life Together program which is sponsored by the diocese. Life Together is an eleven-month fellowship and leadership development project that matches emerging young leaders (21-35 years of age) with mission-based non-profit organizations and churches throughout Eastern Massachusetts. The Fellows, many of whom come from out of state to participate in the program, live in intentional communities where they share household responsibilities as well as planned spiritual practices. One of these clusters of young adults will move into the Rectory in mid-August and will live there until early July 2013.

Welcome to All Saints Parish in Brookline

Behold I make all things newWe are a community of people called together by Christ to a shared life and mission. Our parish is first of all a spiritual center, a place where people can find God, be nourished in their spiritual journey, and grow in their life of faith.

We are an Episcopal Church in the Anglican tradition that embraces Catholic and Protestant elements. We are an open and affirming congregation that welcomes people of all races, ethnic groups, sexual orientations, and religious backgrounds.

Our mission is to be a community — searching to know and accept God's purpose for us. Uplifted by worship together, sustained by a sense of Christ being in our midst, and inspired by the Holy Spirit to become more than we are, here, and in the world.

We invite you to spend some time getting to know us and helping us get to know you. We hope that in the process you will discover a caring community of worship, sacrament, fellowship, witness, and action. We hope you will find a church home.
